GLD Government Submissions

Below are submissions sent to Government over the years in regards to students who are Gifted with Learning Disabilities – some dating from 1980’s

How many more submissions does it take before Governments and Schools acknowledge these students and do the right thing by them also, rather than families of these students being treated like outcasts for rightfully advocating for their child! Every Student Every School – this policy document seems to be ignored for GLD students as it seems to be the opinion of schools/BOSTES these children already have an advantage so they do not need help, this is further from the truth  – http://www.dec.nsw.gov.au/what-we-offer/education-and-training/disability-support/every-student-every-school
